Angelo’s Red Snapper a la Griglia
This was one of Angelo Magnano’s favorite recipes. Serves 4.
Snapper:
| 4 cloves | Napoleon Grilled Garlic Cloves |
| ¼ cup | Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| ¼ tsp. | salt |
| 4 medium | red snappers |
| lemon wedges |
Sauce:
| ½ cup | Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 5 cloves | Napoleon Grilled Garlic Cloves |
| ¼ tsp. | salt |
| ½ tsp | ground pepper |
| 3 Tbsp. | lemon juice |
Preheat oven to 475.
Mix sauce, warm.
Grill fish 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange on a serving platter. Pour warmed sauce over fish and serve.
