Magnano's Easy Beef Hors d'Oeuvres
Skewers:
| cubes of cold roast beef |
| quartered Napoleon Artichoke Hearts |
| button mushrooms |
| cocktail onions |
Fill appetizer-sized skewers and marinate overnight.
Marinade:
| 6 Tbs | Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 2 Tbs | Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar |
| 2 Tbs | Dijon mustard |
| 2 Tbs | minced shallots |
| 2 Tbs | chopped Napoleon Capers with juice |
| dash | cayenne pepper |
| ¼ cup | chopped parsley |
| to taste | salt & pepper |
Serve appetizer cold or reheat and serve with French bread.
