Napoleon Olive & Egg Salad
Salad:
| 1 head | Romaine lettuce |
| 3 Tbs | chopped Napoleon Sliced Black or Green Olives |
| 2 | hard cooked eggs |
| 2 Tbs | chopped green onion |
Break dry crisp Romaine into salad bowl. Sieve eggs and add eggs, olives and onion to Romaine.
Dressing:
| ¼ cup | Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar |
| ¾ cup | Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| ¼ tsp | freshly ground pepper |
| dash | Tabasco sauce |
| ¼ tsp | garlic salt |
Mix dressing and add to salad. Toss lightly.
