Napoleon Olive & Egg Salad

Salad:

1 head Romaine lettuce
3 Tbs chopped Napoleon Sliced Black or Green Olives
2 hard cooked eggs
2 Tbs chopped green onion

Break dry crisp Romaine into salad bowl. Sieve eggs and add eggs, olives and onion to Romaine.

Dressing:

¼ cup Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar
¾ cup  Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
dash Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp garlic salt

Mix dressing and add to salad. Toss lightly.
