Napoleon has many different types of vinegar to suite your cooking needs. We use Trebbiano, Lambrusco & Sangiovese grapes from Italy to make our balsamic and wine vinegars and use Palomino grapes from Spain to make our sherry vinegar. Our vinegars contain the proper country of origin certificates and seals with our balsamic vinegars coming from Modena in Italy (IGP) and our sherry vinegar coming from the Sherry Triangle region in Spain (DOP). This ensures that the proper production methods are being followed when it comes to the products quality and specific aging process; 2 years on sherry vinegar & 6 months on balsamic vinegar. In addition our balsamic vinegar contains our 6 Stars or Barrels seal which means that 35% of grape must is being used in the production process thus resulting in a higher quality product.
