Grandma Theresa Gai’s Antipasto Salad


  • Depending on size of crowd use 1 or 2 or 3 jars/cans of each item:
  • Napoleon Marinated Artichokes
  • Napoleon Baby Corn
  • Napoleon Marinated Mushrooms
  • Napoleon Green Pitted Olives
  • Napoleon Black Pitted Olives
  • Napoleon Tomato Paste
  • Sweet Pickles, cut in 1" chunks
  • Italian Tuna In Olive Oil
  • 3 carrots sliced


Set aside liquid from Artichoke Hearts and pickles.

Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl.

Mix in tomato paste and add liquid slowly as needed.
