Magnano’s Easy Beef Hors d’Oeuvres

Ingredients

  • Skewers:
  • cubes of cold roast beef
  • quartered Napoleon Artichoke Hearts
  • button mushrooms
  • cocktail onions
  • Marinade:
  • 6 Tbs Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs minced shallots
  • 2 Tbs chopped Napoleon Capers with juice
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • to taste salt & pepper

Directions

Fill appetizer-sized skewers and marinate overnight.

Serve appetizer cold or reheat and serve with French bread.
