Olive & Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 3 Tbs chopped Napoleon Sliced Black or Green Olives
  • 2 hard cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbs chopped green onion
  • Dressing:
  • ¼ cup Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¾ cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt

Directions

Salad:
Break dry crisp Romaine into salad bowl. Sieve eggs and add eggs, olives and onion to Romaine.

Dressing:
Mix dressing and add to salad. Toss lightly.
