Artichoke Olive Spread
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup Napoleon green pitted olives
- 1 Tbls Napoleon capers
- 1 - 14 oz can Napoleon artichokes, drained
- 1/4 cup Napoleon extra virgin olive oil
In a food processor, process garlic, olives, capers, artichoke hearts and olive oil to a coarse paste.
This recipe is great spread on crostini or used as a sandwich spread.
