Artichoke Olive Spread


  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup Napoleon green pitted olives
  • 1 Tbls Napoleon capers
  • 1 - 14 oz can Napoleon artichokes, drained
  • 1/4 cup Napoleon extra virgin olive oil


In a food processor, process garlic, olives, capers, artichoke hearts and olive oil to a coarse paste.

This recipe is great spread on crostini or used as a sandwich spread.
